One crafting system for fifth edition (2024 rules), built on three sources:

  • Nord Games – where ingredients are found (environment, climate, place) and which parts creatures yield.
  • Heliana’s Guide to Monster Hunting (Loot Tavern) – harvesting as a team effort (the method, not the parts).
  • The 2024 fifth-edition rules – prices and times.

The core idea in one line

Ingredients are empty vessels. Their grade decides how much magic potential (MP) they can hold. Characters charge MP into them, and a finished item has exactly the MP that was charged into it. Its value is 2 × MP.
