Part descriptions
Gold Draconic Wyrmling Blood
Dark-gold dragon blood with a faint arcane spark in it.
Use: can replace the magic ink for copying spells into a spellbook – it covers up to 10 gp of ink.
Gold Draconic Wyrmling Heart
A golden, leathery dragon heart with a dim glow – said to hold the dragon’s pride and might.
Use: eat it (action) and make a DC 10 Wisdom save. Success – you can’t be frightened for 1 minute.
Simple Gills
Layered, feathery membranes that let a creature breathe underwater.
Good for: water-breathing items (minor fit).
Wyrmling Combustion Gland
A throat gland that throbs with glowing heat; it brews the fluid behind a dragon’s breath.
Use: swallow it (action) and make a DC 10 Constitution save. Failure – you take 1d10 fire damage. Success – you breathe fire in a 5-foot burst right in front of you; each creature there makes a DC 10 Dexterity save, taking 2d10 fire damage on a failure or half on a success.
Good for: breath and fire items.
Wyrmling Frailbreath Sac
A sac from beside a dragon’s lungs, full of glittering yellow gas that saps strength.
Use: throw it and it bursts into a 5-foot-radius cloud that seeps through gaps and around corners. Each creature in it makes a DC 12 Strength save or has disadvantage on Strength attacks, checks and saves for 1 minute (save again at the end of each of its turns).
Good for: items that sap Strength or weaken attacks (minor fit).

Weakening Breath. Strength Saving Throw: DC 13, each creature that isn’t currently affected by this breath in a 15-foot Cone. Failure: The target has Disadvantage on Strength-based D20 Tests and subtracts 2 (1d4) from its damage rolls. It repeats the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. After 1 minute, it succeeds automatically.
