Description
A throat gland under a thin skin of crackling ice; it brews the fluid behind a dragon’s breath.
Use: swallow it (action) and make a DC 10 Constitution save. Failure – you take 1d8 cold damage. Success – you breathe cold in a 5-foot burst right in front of you; each creature there makes a DC 10 Constitution save, taking 2d8 cold damage on a failure or half on a success.
Good for: breath and cold items.
