Description
A long, chewed-up tongue, bitten through again and again by the mouther’s own teeth.
Use: eat it and make a DC 14 Constitution save. Failure – you throw it up. Success – for 1 hour you understand gibbering mouthers and can talk with them. A second tongue: 24 hours. A third: permanent – but whenever you fail a Charisma check that involves talking, make a DC 10 Wisdom save or babble nonsense for 1 minute.
