Description
A sac from beside a dragon’s lungs, full of glittering yellow gas that saps strength.
Use: throw it and it bursts into a 30-foot-radius cloud that seeps through gaps and around corners. Each creature in it makes a DC 23 Strength save or has disadvantage on Strength attacks, checks and saves for 1 minute (save again at the end of each of its turns).
Good for: items that sap Strength or weaken attacks (excellent fit).
