Description
The gland behind a dragonborn’s breath weapon, tied to its damage resistance.
Use: swallow it (action) and make a DC 10 Constitution save. Failure – 1d6 damage of that dragonborn’s breath type. Success – you exhale a blast like that dragonborn’s breath (same shape, save and damage type), dealing 2d6 on a failed save or half on a success. Save DC 8 + your Constitution modifier (+ proficiency bonus if you have a breath weapon yourself).
